A top technological whizz and TV presenter is to talk to pupils from throughout Tendring.
Rex Garrod, who created Cassius of TV's Robot Wars, will present a special evening, with all youngsters from Tendring Technology College and its feeder primary schools invited.
The hi-tech hero, who is also an electronic artist and micro roboteer, will be appearing at Clacton's Princes Theatre, on June 24, at 7pm.
Mr Garrod invented TV car Brum and was co-presenter of the BBC's long-running technology show, The Secret Life of Machines.
