A member of a Leigh gang escaped jail after he was caught drunk in the street breaching an anti-social behaviour order.
Southend magistrates were considering imposing a custodial sentence but decided instead to impose another community rehabilitation order and curfew on Darren White, 18, of Hudson Road, Eastwood.
