Essex racer Johnny Herbert missed out on his second Le Mans win yesterday.
Herbert, who lived in Brentwood and Billericay, saw Tom Kristensen win the event for the sixth time in eight attempts.
But Herbert's Audi Velocq team clawed their way back after spinning on oil.
