Stansted airport's soon-to-open new hotel will also offer facilities for business meetings and conferences.
The first 350 rooms at the 500-room Stansted Radisson are due to open in August.
But the £50m hotel will also have more than 1,200 square metres of meeting space, including 26 air-conditioned meeting rooms, ranging from a 20sq m boardroom to a 320sq m ballroom seating up to 400 people.
And all of the meeting rooms will feature state-of-the-art wireless technology and on-site IT support. General manager Oliver Staas said he expected at least 50 per cent of the new hotel's guests to be travelling on business.
"Stansted airport of course provides excellent links into continental Europe, so we anticipate a high proportion of international travellers, but we are determined to play a leading role in the local and regional business communities as well," he said.
