A 16-year-old who broke an acceptable behaviour contract eight times has been banned from an estate.

David Bloomfield, 16, of Friars Close, St John's, Colchester, must not enter the town's High Woods estate between 6pm and 6am.

He could be locked up if he breaches the Anti-Social Behaviour Order (Asbo) imposed by magistrates.

The court was told he had breached an acceptable behaviour contract (ABC) eight times since police imposed it in November, Harwich Magistrates' Court heard yesterday.
