Southend's sporting superstar Adam Hickey has added another major honour to his ever-increasing list of star prizes.

At Dorney Lake Rowing Centre, Eton, the 16-year-old won the National Youth Triathlon Championship title.
The event was for 15-16 year-olds and joining Hickey in the boys' race were team-mates from the Southend based Team Viper line-up, David Crichton and Billy Hockley.
Timothy Butt and Jimmy Jackson from the East Essex Triathlon Club based at Benfleet were also competing.
