Brave Anna Girling will be put through her paces in a Hungry Horse pub outfit on Sunday. She aims to beat more than 100 other mascots from across the UK to the finish-line.
Famed for its hurdle casualties, the 23-year-old has been in training to ensure she at least finishes the race at Huntingdon racecourse, Cambridgeshire.
She will line up for her local pub, The Swan, in London Road, Copford.
She said: "I'm quite nervous. It will hopefully be quite fun and probably quite embarrassing, but it's all for a good cause."
