THE warmth of local people attracted a new vicar to a north Essex parish.
Reverend Ian Scott-Thompson has taken over as the vicar of Marks Tey and Aldham.
Rev Scott-Thompson was licensed at a special service at St Andrew’s Church on Thursday which was led by the Bishop of Colchester, Rt Revd Christopher Morgan.
