It looks like Bob Russell is running scared from his political rivals, just weeks before an election, by refusing to share a platform and debate with the other parties.
And, after claiming he is somehow above the rest of us “mere mortals”, perhaps he should be scared.
Voters in Colchester may choose to elect one of their own to replace him.
