PUNK rockers Sorry and the Sinatras are coming to Colchester as part of their current UK tour, writes WILL LODGE.

The band, fronted by bassist Scott Sorry, formerly of the Wildhearts, will be at The Twist next month.

The group formed in late 2007 when Sorry and Danny Sinatra were joined by the remnants of Trashlight Vision. They were signed by Undergroove Records in May 2008, and found critical acclaim with last year’s debut album, Highball Roller.

The Twist is their only venue in the South of England, outside London.

The band will no doubt play tracks from their upcoming album. With support from the likes of Fake Exterior and Hijack, they play the Twist, in Military Road, Colchester, on April 12 at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7, available in advance on 01206 562453.
