COLCHESTER’S most famous exports wowed the crowds for the world premiere of their film.

Blur quartet Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree were at the Odeon cinema in the West End, London, last night for the first screening of No Distance Left To Run.

The film is a documentary about the Brit-pop group’s 2009 reunion, including footage from their first gig at the Railway Museum, in Chappel.

It will be screened at selected Odeon cinemas around the country, including a one-off screening in Colchester on Tuesday.
