Mistley Quay is in a conservation area and as such requires planning permission for even superficial property modifications, such as double glazing and satellite TV dishes.
Would the staff and councillors at Tendering Council like to volunteer the names of those who granted Trent Wharfage permission to erect the detested fence the vast majority of residents consider an eyesore?
