GIFTS and souvenirs created by Colchester’s businesses and artists can now be seen on YouTube.
Colchester Council’s tourism team has uploaded a four minute film promoting the Colchester Collection, a range of locally-themed and designed goods on sale at the Visit Colchester Information centre in Queen Street.
The video will link to the official tourism website visitcolchester.com and is intended to help the website achieve greater prominence when people use the “Google” search engine.
Since Google took over YouTube, “rankings” on the website are improved if it contains video links to YouTube.
