I agree with BJ Butler (Letters, August 3) that the Britannia car park would be a very good place for the new bus park, but would still prefer it to stay where it is.
Could not the bus park and the Visual Arts Facility be run side by side, with a new refreshment area and a small shop as before?
Where it is now is so much more convenient for the town, especially for the not-so-mobile.
All this has been said so many times before, but the people responsible never seem to listen to the majority of the bus users.
Have the bus companies any input into this at all?
Can someone please try to work out a way to sort out this problem soon?
