Jet2 is hiring more cabin crew as it adds new routes for summer 2027 to meet growing demand.

The budget airline is expanding its team at Stansted Airport, advertising full-time, fixed-term cabin crew positions running until November 2027.

The recruitment drive comes as the airline has added eight new destinations to its summer 2027 programme, bringing the total to 55 routes and more than 2.4 million seats.

The Jet2 job advert says: "We're looking for friendly, professional and safety-focused individuals to join us as cabin crew at London Stansted Airport.

"Whether you're starting your cabin crew career or bringing experience from another customer-facing role, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Jet2.com team."

No previous cabin crew experience is required to apply.

The airline is looking for individuals who put safety first, enjoy helping others, communicate confidently, stay calm under pressure, and work well as part of a team.

Applicants must hold a valid UK or EU passport, be able to provide a full five-year employment or education history, and pass pre-employment referencing and criminal record checks.

They must also meet medical and mobility requirements for the role.

Cabin crew will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week operation.

Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of passengers, delivering customer service, providing first aid, and promoting and selling onboard products.

Crew will work closely with colleagues to deliver a safe and efficient flight experience.

Jet2 offers a range of benefits, including an on-target earnings package of more than £35,200, a paid four-week CAA-approved training course, and 37 days of annual leave pro rata.

Employees also receive discounts on Jet2holidays and flights, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and access to an employee assistance programme.

Applications can be submitted through the Jet2 careers website at jet2careers.com.

Successful candidates will begin their four-week training course before joining the Stansted-based crew.

The company advises applicants to apply only for the airport base they wish to work from, as only one application is permitted per recruitment season.
