The listing, described as a “turnkey opportunity,” is being marketed by Essex and Suffolk Business Sales and offers a ready-to-trade business in a prime pedestrianised area of the city.

Announcing the closure in July a spokesman for the business said: "And that’s a wrap! Had a blast for the last 7 years, totally gutted it’s come to the end.

"Thank you to all our wonderful customers."

The unit has operated as a sandwich bar for more than 30 years and had been under the same ownership since 2019.

It is fully equipped and requires minimal additional investment to begin trading.

The premises are available on a secure lease with an annual rent of £10,000.

There are no business rates payable.

Deliveries were also made through platforms such as Uber Eats and Just Eat.
