- Today's by-election comes after Reform UK leader Nigel Farage resigned as MP last month
- The resignation came after a series of allegations were made about gifts and donations made to Mr Farage and Reform UK
- After resigning, Mr Farage announced he would contest the seat and said "the people of Clacton should be the judges of my actions”
- In total, 34 candidates - including most notably Mr Farage, Count Binface and Laurence Fox - are standing in the by-election
- At around 3am, Nigel Farage announced from 'Farage Fest' he will not attend the count
