A rare sight has been thrilling aviation enthusiasts across Essex, Kent and London after returning to the UK after four years.
One of the world's last remaining blimps, the Goodyear Blimp, returned to the country last week and is currently based at Damyns Hall Aerodrome in Upminster on the south Essex border.
Owned by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, the airship is one of only four still in commercial service worldwide.
Aviation experts estimate that just 25 blimps and airships remain operational globally.
The Goodyear Blimp is a semi-rigid Zeppelin NT model, measuring more than 75 metres long and nearly 18 metres high.
It is touring the UK until July 14 and has already completed dozens of flights over East, South East, and Central London, as well as Kent and Essex.

Bosses at The Garden Coffee Shop and Diner in Upminster said the Goodyear Zeppelin is based at the aerodrome until this weekend.
The blimp, which travels at a top speed of 73mph, is used for aerial filming and advertising at sporting events and major festivals.
It first flew over the UK in June 1972 in Cardington, Bedfordshire.
The Goodyear Blimp was last based in Upminster in 2022 and famously landed at the airfield during the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Damyns Hall Aerodrome offers aviation experiences, alongside a café and visitor viewing area.
