One lane on a major Essex route has closed following reports of a multi-vehicle accident that left one car on its roof.
The incident happened on the A12 southbound near Junction 28 for the Colchester United football ground.
Essex Travel News are reporting a "multi-vehicle accident with one car that is currently over turned."
Traffic is said to be building between Junction 29 (Crown Interchange) and Junction 28.
Delays are beginning to build.
