A person was taken to hospital following a crash on a Colchester road
The incident happened on the North Station Road roundabout and involved a pedestrian and a vehicle.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called to reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle on North Station Road in Colchester.
"An ambulance was sent to the scene, and the patient was assessed and then transported to Colchester General Hospital for further treatment."

According to AA Traffic Maps, traffic is "slow" both ways on the A133 Cowdray Avenue from the A134 Westway to North Station Road.
Drivers are advised to allow for extra time if travelling through the area.
