No Liverpool Street trains running over Christmas period

Train passengers from Essex hoping to spend time in London over the Christmas period could be heavily affected by works.

From Christmas Day until January 2, there will be no Greater Anglia trains running between Stratford and London Liverpool Street.

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day all Greater Anglia routes will be affected.

From December 27 until January 1 no services will be able to access Liverpool Street.

All London bound services will be turned around at Stratford.

On the plus side the Elizabeth Line which runs beneath Liverpool Street station will continue as normal.

Tickets will be accepted on Central Line services between Stratford and Liverpool Street.

As well as on Victoria, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Lines between Tottenham Hale and Liverpool Street.
