4 Colchester pubs hosting Halloween events next month

WITH Halloween around the corner, venues across Essex are announcing seasonal events ahead of October.

A number of pubs and bars in Colchester will host Halloween parties, spooky brunches and activities for children throughout next month.

We have compiled a list of four pubs hosting themed events this Halloween:

Camuldonum

Located in the high street, Camuldonum will host a real ale and cider festival from October 2 until October 6.

The event will offer a range of ales and Lilley's ciders.

The Centurion

The Centurion in North Hill will host its 'Spooktober Sessions' from October 13 to November 3.

A range of themed cocktails and shots will be available, as well as Halloween bottomless brunches in the decorated venue.

Three Wise Monkeys

Three Wise Monkeys in the high street is hosting a Halloween bottomless brunch on October 30.

The event will run from 11am to 2pm with live entertainment from the pub's resident DJ.

Tickets cost £40 per 18+ person, which includes bottomless cocktails, prosecco and beet and one dish.

Fancy dress is encouraged.

The New Inn

The New Inn in Chapel Street will host an 18+ 'Drag-o-ween' event on October 31, offering live music from cover band Phoenix Sun from 8pm.

Fancy dress is encouraged, with a £15 bar tab prize up for grabs for the best dressed.
