Walton-on-the-Naze (CO14) - from the data of 19 properties, the average number of days to sell was 114 days.
Colchester (CO4) - from the data of 31 properties, the average number of days to sell was 120 days.
Colchester (CO3) - from the data of 27 properties, the average number of days to sell was 121.
Clacton-on-Sea (CO15) - from the data of 79 properties, the average numbers of days to sell was 124.
The five slowest selling areas are:
Colchester (CO2) - from the data of 24 properties, the average number of days to sell was 156.
Colchester (CO5) - from the data of 23 properties, the average number of days to sell was 149.
Colchester (CO6) - from the data of 34 properties, the average number of days to sell was 144.
Halstead (CO9) - from the data of 34 properties, the average number of days to sell was 140.
Colchester (CO16) - from the data of 41 properties, the average number of days to sell was 138.
