A signalling fault at Great Bentley is causing delays, with all lines blocked.

Network rail are reportedly looking to resolve the issue and due to all lines being blocked, it's affecting Clacton and Colchester.

Due to the signalling fault, all trains are having to run at a reduced speed on all lines.

Train services running through this station may be delayed by up to ten minutes and disruption is expected until further notice.

There are also reports of issues with train gates at Great Bentley and Thorrington, with traffic being backed up due to them staying down.

We have contacted Greater Anglia and National Rail for a comment.
