Colchester’s Rollerworld has announced its upcoming skating fun day, taking place this November.
Rollerworld first opened in the city in 1990, and sadly shut its doors in November 2022 – after 33 years of business.
Although the site is officially closed, the company’s hard-working team of volunteers continue to organise public events ‘to keep the memory of Rollerworld alive’.
Later this winter, Rollerworld will hold a public skating day, offering different time slots to fit visitor’s needs - including a relaxed session, a family session and an over 14s session across the day.
The day will see light shows, games, DJs and music and an all-day bar.
The event will be held in Charter Hall on Saturday 9 November.
