RESTAURANT bosses have teased a new eatery could be opening at a former pizzeria.
Colchester Council has received an application to transfer the premises licence relating to the former Dough and Co restaurant in St Johns Road, Colchester.

The application does not reveal what is set to open in its place, but it estimates the “bulk of people” visiting the restaurant will be aged between 35 and 50.
“We are a child friendly establishment and we encourage families to visit,” it adds.
The licensing application requests permission to sell alcohol between 10am and 2am Monday to Saturday and between 10am and midnight on Sundays.
