MAGISTRATES have fined a man who failed to turn up to a supervision appointment imposed by the courts.
Steven Matthews, of Avon Way, Colchester, was hit with a community order in August last year.
Last month, he appeared before magistrates and admitted failing to comply with community order requirements on two separate occasions in November.
Matthews, 50, is now required to carry out a further 15 days of rehabilitation requirements.
He was also ordered to pay £60.
