A WOMAN who refused to give information to Essex Police following a traffic offence has been banned from driving.
Joanna Lane, of Penguin Parade, Stanway, was driving in Billericay in November 2022 when a Kia driver committed a traffic offence.
Essex Police followed up by writing to Miss Lane, 43, asking her to give information relating to the Kia driver.
When she refused to do so, the matter was brought before by magistrates in Colchester, who fined her £300.
Magistrates also ordered her to pay a £120 surcharge, £110 in costs and disqualified her from driving for a year.
