Tiptree Christmas Fayre will return to village this year

The Tiptree Christmas Street Festival will be back in action on Thursday, November 21, from 5pm to 9pm in Church Road, Tiptree.

Organisers have confirmed the big festive celebration is back “by popular demand” after not being held since 2022.

The committee shared the news early in the hopes of building a big following ahead of the event.

Businesses, organisations, charities and residents in Tiptree have already shared their excitement, with many saying how much they missed the event last year.

It was unable to be held in 2023 due to the committee being unable to raise the thousands of pounds it costs to host the big event.

A spokesman for the event said: “Over the next few weeks we will be talking to all local businesses, fundraising, talking with the council and we will keep you updated as things progress.”

The organisers have asked for those looking to set up a stall at the event to get in touch.
