Pret a Manger Colchester prepares to open at Lion Walk

Pret a Manger is beginning to set up its newest site in Lion Walk Shopping Centre.

Replacing the former iStore, which has now moved to 12 Culver Walk, it will create several jobs.

The company is currently looking for a front house leader to look after the new branch.

The coffee franchise is well known for its freshly made coffees, sandwiches, hot food, cold drinks and salads.

Speaking previously on the news of Pret a Manger coming to the city, Lion Walk Shopping centre manager, Martin Leatherdale shared his excitement for the new brand.

He said: “The addition of Pret is a fantastic thing and testament to the progression of Colchester as a city.

“It has enabled iStore to expand and will bring a brand new international proposition fit for a city of the future.
