Female school children from Colchester engaged with staff from Stansted Airport to learn about aviation careers to mark International Women's Day.
Twenty pupils from St Helena School participated in the event held at the Aerozone, the airport's education facility, on Friday, March 8.
More than a dozen staff from varying roles such as airport security, airfield operations, procurement, and hospitality engaged in a Q&A with the students.
Attendees also explored Aerozone's learning zones and experienced some roles first hand.
Alex Smith, education manager at London Stansted, said: "We need more girls to embrace these fantastic opportunities in aviation, which is why it's so important for them to meet inspirational female role models."
