SEVERE delays on the M25 and the A13 as the QE2 Bridge is closed.
There are long delays, which are increasing, due to a "police incident".
It is reported by AA Traffic News that there are "people in the road" on the M25 QE2 Bridge.

This is clockwise from J31 A1306 (Lakeside / Purfleet) to J1A A206 (Dartford).
Congestion to a mile before J30 A13 Lakeside, and A13 queues London-bound from the Tilbury Docks junction.
All traffic has been stopped.
National Highway say that "this incident is likely to be ongoing for some time" and to "please consider alternative routes".
Essex Police has been contacted for comment by the Echo.
