A SERIAL ticket dodger known for flouting train fares has been fined… again.
Lee Barber, of Hawthorn Avenue, Colchester, had previously been fined by the courts in May 2023 and October 2022 for failing to pay for his train ticket.
Now, Barber has been fined once again for failing to pay a fare from Colchester Town to Stratford.
The offence took place in June 2023 when Barber, 28, failed to pay a £32.90 fare.
Westminster Magistrates' Court officials met on Wednesday, February 28 where they proved the case in Barber’s absence.
Barber must now pay a fine of £617.90.
