Restaurant bosses have been told the signage must comply with guidelines published by the Institution of Lighting Professionals after Myland Community Council raised concerns about light pollution.
The restaurant’s website says it will offer a mix of “all-you-can-eat sushi and succulent Japanese grill”.
The development is near junction 28 of the A12.
