A CARE home owner has been fined more than £200 for failing to provide accounts to Companies House on time.
Maria Cauapin, who is the director of Golden Hands Home Care Ltd, in Colchester, was ordered to pay the fine by magistrates earlier this month.
According to court papers, Cauapin, 56, “failed to deliver to the registrar of companies at Companies House, Cardiff, a copy of the accounts of that company in respect of its financial year ending May 31, 2022”.
Proving the case in Cauapin’s absence, magistrates ordered her to pay a £220 fine, plus further costs of £163, meaning the total costs come to £383.
