A DRIVER has been fined more than £1,000 and given six penalty points for breaking a 20mph speed limit.
Chris Henley, of Plough Drive, Colchester, had been driving his Ford across Tower Bridge, London in December when he broke the 20mph speed limit.
On Thursday, February 8, magistrates considered the case in Bromley after Henley, 43, admitted the offence.
Passing the sentence, magistrates fined Henley £732 and ordered him to pay further costs of £402.
It means Henley must £1,134 in total by Thursday, March 7.
