A UNIQUE restaurant which served “authentic fresh pasta” has shut its doors in Colchester.
Mangiare Fresh Pasta Bar has closed its restaurant at 118 High Street.
The restaurant made fresh dishes, cooked to order with the aim “to offer you the best pasta you’ve ever had”.
The pasta restaurant opened in February 2023 and before Mangiare, it was the site of Mexican street food and cocktail bar, El Guaca.
Now set for the site is contemporary Japanese restaurant, Koryu, which is currently based at 34 Osborne Street.
