The hot and cold drink menu has also been expanded to include coconut coffee, avocado coffee, Vietnamese pearl milk tea and Vietnamese roasted rice tea.

The business had its official opening day at the start of the month after having its windows decorated by New View by Sophie Mann.

Her main goal for her new business was to bring authentic Vietnamese coffee and street food to the people of Colchester.

All the food is homemade and coffee is made fresh on-site.

So far, Ella said customers have been loving trying her food and she is excited to see her business grow.

Ella said: “Since launching we’ve been really busy at the weekends. Everyone has come and loved the food and coffee.

“It has all been really positive with a lot of good feedback. Everyone has said it is really different and I’m so happy my hard work has paid off.

“The last two Saturdays have been very busy but weekdays are quiet, so we need to do something to get people in.

“We’ve expanded our menu more now with more coffee and food options.

“I am really happy with how everything has turned out. Last Saturday people were queuing for tables it was that busy.”

The café is open from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
