Bus operator announces new overnight journeys to Essex airport (Image: First Essex)
A NEW timetable of overnight journeys from Colchester to an airport in Essex has been revealed by a transport company.
First Bus has announced additions to its usual service between Colchester and Stansted Airport.
Starting from February 25, the X20 bus will leave Colchester at 11.25pm and 1.25am in order to arrive at the airport at 12.37am and 2.37am.
New journeys will also leave Stansted Airport at 12.45am and 2.45am.
It is hoped the changes to the timetable will be ideal for those boarding the first flights of the day.
The first late-night journeys will commence on Sunday evening and Monday morning.
