A mental health group is hosting a football match to kick off conversations about men’s mental well-being.
According to NHS figures, men take up three-quarters of people taking their own lives each year, making it the leading cause of death for men under 50.
Reach Out for Mental Health offers a variety of support for those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and has now set up a friendly football match to start conversations about mental health.
The match is free to attend and will take place on March 5 between 6 to 8pm at Colchester Sports Park.
