A NEW sushi restaurant set to open in Colchester has applied for a premises licence to sell booze on site.
The Sushi Co, which is due to open in the High Street, has sent an application to Colchester Council.
The licence is asking for the provision of late-night refreshments and the supply of alcohol.
If granted, the new business would be allowed to supply the alcohol from 11am until midnight from Monday to Wednesdays and 11am until 1am on Thursday to Sundays.
