COLCHESTER'S live music scene really is one of mixed genres - there is something for everyone, from rockers and metalheads to ravers.
Choosing which cool concert or quirky venue to head to for a night of live music in the city, therefore, can sometimes feel a little tricky.
So, to help you make the right choice, we have listed some of the best events happening in Colchester this weekend.
Coda - November 11
Grounds for Divorce, a popular rock, indie and pop covers band, is set to be play at this popular city live music venue.
With no need to buy tickets in advance, the show begins at 9pm on November 11.
Coda - November 12
That's not all that's on in Coda this weekend, as on the following day a popular punk rock duo is set to perform at the bar.
The Soap Girls will be arriving at Coda as part of their Love Potion Tour, kicking off their performance at 8pm.

Three Wise Monkeys - November 11
Popular DJ's will be making their way to another popular music venue, Three Wise Monkeys, for a night of dance music.
Talented DJ's Cyberdog, Don Quöng, Jake Beautyman, Jules Gibson and Merchant will all be playing their biggest tunes.

Truth - November 11
Popular drum 'n' bass, jungle and trance DJ's are making their way down to Truth, in Crouch Street, to get the party started.
Banding as one for the Together Album Tour, artists Dope Ammo, Moondance and Low Frequency will be leading the night with their own classic anthems.
Beginning early at 7pm, the party lasts all night long until 4am.
