Colchester-based Ingleton Wood is celebrating being ranked in the UK’s Top 50 consultancies for the fifth year in a row.

The property and construction practice ranked 47th out of the overall Top 150 consultant rankings for the 2022-23 financial year, in Building Magazine’s renowned league table.

Ingleton Wood further went up 10 and 13 places to 31st and 32nd respectively in the surveyors and architects subcategories.

David Creswell, managing partner, praised these successes and explained how the opening of a seventh Ingleton Wood office in Nottingham helped the company reach a 250-employee milestone.

He said: “We are constantly investing in our staff, from training webinars and industry qualifications to charity and volunteering events, helping our teams to rise to the occasion to deliver for our clients and contractors time and time again despite some difficult industry-wide conditions.”

The rankings reflect how Ingleton Wood’s total annual UK fee income increased to more than £20million as firms were ranked on factors including fee income, number of chartered and technical staff, and the number of UK offices.

Ingleton Wood covers East Anglia, Northern England, the Midlands, Central London, London and the South East, with offices in Colchester, Billericay, Cambridge, Oxford, Norwich, Nottingham and London.
