SPIRIT lovers will enjoying a tipple or two as a popular gin and rum festival returns to Colchester.
Gin to My Tonic has announced the latest dates of its festival tour with a stop at Charter Hall in February.
The event includes the best craft distillers in the UK and introduces spirit lovers to to new drinks.
Hundreds of different craft spirits will be united under one roof to celebrate and raise awareness of craft gin, spirits and distillers.
The festival is popular among distillers and has been named the festival of choice for the craft gin and spirit industry.
Besides sampling, there will be extensively stocked bars with hundreds of spirits, including rum, vodka, tequila, cocktails, prosecco and beer.
There will also be live music and entertainment.
The Gin to My Tonic started as an Instagram gin blog by the friends and gin lovers Emira Shepherd and Paul Hudson-Jones, where the two shared recommendations of gins, perfect serves and cocktail inspirations.
Today it is the largest gin community in the UK and hosts award-winning events.
The Colchester event on February 3 will be divided into two sessions, the first from 12noon to 4pm and the second from 6pm to 10pm.
