A FORMER paint shop in Colchester’s high-end shopping district could be turned into an office block, if plans are approved.
According to a new planning application sent to Colchester Council, the former Dulux store, which was housed in 34-36 Crouch Street West until October last year, could become a commercial office for QP Timber Limited.
The firm, which is run by Robert Svensson and specialises in logistics of transporting timber, is based in nearby Rawstorn Road and would employ 22 employees in the new office block should plans receive approval.
