POLICE are appealing for help to find a missing man from Harlow.
Henry Phipps, 32, is believed to have last been seen on June 6.
He is described as a white man, six foot, one inch tall with black cropped hair and a musical note tattoo behind his ear.
Henry also has connections to London.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen [Henry] or have any information on his whereabouts to contact us.
“If you have any information, please call 999, quoting incident number 471 of 5 July.”
