A MAN who was using his mobile phone whilst driving his Porsche 911 has been disqualified from driving for six months.
Charlie Lightening, of Inglis Road, Colchester, was caught using the device whilst driving on Lexden Road in June of last year.
At Colchester Magistrates Court on Thursday, a solicitor admitted the offence on behalf of Lightening.
Magistrates have now banned the 46-year-old from driving for six months, endorsed his driving licence with six penalty points, and ordered him to pay £314.
