“We can’t wait to see you there.”
It follows hugely successful pop-up experiences held at the same site over past summers, including a charming winter garden in December last year and in 2021.
The attraction’s director Joseph Smerdon said it is a “great addition” to Colchester city centre.
“From the chill vibes to the delicious drinks and food, we've crafted an experience that's all about letting loose and having a blast,” he added.
Shoppers and Colchester residents are now being invited to relax and unwind at the centre’s latest experience.
A first look provided to the Gazette shows the exciting space ready to go with outdoor and sheltered seating.
Loukas Webb, boss of The Greeks Kitchen, said: “My Greek heritage has inspired my love of Mediterranean cuisine and I am excited to be bringing The Greeks kitchen to Colchester”.
