A DRIVER who was caught using his phone at the wheel of his Audi has been fined hundreds of pounds.
Rolandas Balkaitis, of Hickory Avenue, Colchester, was using a mobile phone whilst he was driving his Audi Q7 in Westminster, London, last year.
Magistrates at Bromley Magistrates Court considered the case on April 25, and found the 43-year-old guilty in his absence.
Balkaitis is now required to pay £380 by May 23 and has had his driving licence endorsed with six points.
