ROADWORKS have resulted in congestion along the A12's southbound carriageway this morning causing delays for Colchester commuters.
Traffic is building-up between Colchester United's JobServe Community Stadium, Marks Tey and the A120.
Roadworks are understood to be resulting in the delays and slow-moving traffic.
Lane closures are already in place along this stretch of road, adding to rush hour delays towards Chelmsford.
Slow-moving traffic along the A134, by Colchester Institute, is also causing delays this morning.
